Hiring process is confused by HR and Interviewer.Because they don't know about their reqiurement. FIrst Telephonic and then call for face to face and written test.after clearing written test.. and final face to face then HR Told you about their actual requirement. ....

They told if you know all the things in DB not even your working DB but also you should be expert in Other DB(like No Sql, Mongo DB, MySql, Oracle etc.)

The interview was a three round process , In the first round they took an aptitude test which was a written test, then technical interview and then the third round was hr interview..
