I spoke with Shannon on the phone who offered me an in person interview. She kind of prepared me for my in person interview by telling me what to expect and then sent me a calendar invite and a questionnaire to fill out. When I got the office I mean with the HR manager in the conference room. She went over the position, salary, and expectations. She asked me some questions about my background and made sure I understood exactly what they were looking for. After that I met with the Training Manager. She explained the job in depth to me and answered more specific questions I had about recruiting since I had no experience. Afterwards the training manager called me to test my phone skills in a mock scenario where I was a recruiter and she was a candidate. I did well. They invited me to do an observation the same day where I sat with a SR recruiter. It was cool to see what I would actually be doing day to day. It took a few days after my interview to hear back from them.

I received a call from the HR generalist after I applied. HR was nice on the phone and after speaking briefly arranged an interview. I did an observation after the interview to see if I like the atmosphere which was helpful. Received the offer about 2 days after that. The whole process took about a week.
