The interview process began with an initial phone screening by HR, where I was asked about my background and availability. This was followed by a first interview with the hiring manager, which focused on my experience and suitability for the role. After that, I had a second interview with the department head, where we discussed more in-depth about the responsibilities and expectations. Finally, I was asked to complete a brief assessment/task related to the job. The communication throughout the process was clear and timely.
