I only went through the phone screening with the recruiter. It was a pleasant conversation that made me hopeful that I would proceed to the next stage of the process. The promise was that they would reach out to schedule a call with the VP of Design. However, two days later I was told that they have moved forward with other candidates who are more closely aligned with our current needs for this position. I was really interested in the company. I hope I can be considered again for the team.
