14 days after I applied, I received a response from the TA team, requesting availability to which I immediately responded, took another 5 days for another TA member to contact me and ask the same thing. First I/V eventually booked approx. 3 weeks after applying. 90 minute I/V with Hiring Manager a few days after that with GREAT feedback, and a further 60 minute IV with c-suite (a full month since applying) with further great feedback. After delays due to vacations and a further week later and after chasing for an update, I received a message that they were hesitant to proceed due to my concern over wanting me in the office 3 days a week, noting that the role I applied for was advertised as REMOTE, and the TA, Hiring Manager and C-Suite I/Vs were all conducted REMOTELY. Aiven has a ton of potential, but very immature in their thinking - they claim to thing sideways. You need to be very patient if you have any interest in this company.
