This is one of the worst experiences that I have had in an Interview. The first round was done by an office admin, Kseniia Filippova (not even an HR). You cant even call this a screening round. I asked her to help me understand the role better, and she didn't know what the role was about. Told me that the Hiring Manager would be able to explain the role better in the second round. Later she sends out an assignment and tells me that I have to complete it in 3 days and gives me access to some data which has no relevance to the role. When I sent out an email asking questions regarding the exercise., I received a stingy response. They have no respect and if this is the way they treat applicants, I can't imagine how they would treat employees. Very unprofessional. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Interview was good, average questions asked. Basic knowledge needed in Sales and negotiation skills, marketing, and software. They've interviewed me in Jan/2019, Once done they have assigned a task (Presentation) to me after two weeks of follow up. Once the task was done I heard none back for 2 months. I've sent many follow up mails, at last they have told me they have found someone which is a better fit to the position, no hard feelings what so ever. Yet while i was surfing though Linkedin I found that the candidate who got chosen for the position was employed since feb/2019 and they kept me hanging till the end of march/2019. Unprofessional-ism at its best, I thanked god i didn't get an offer from them. :)
