I wanted to thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your interview experience and to apologise that the experience you have had with us, was not at the high standard we set ourselves. We continually review all of our processes to ensure they deliver the excellent experience we expect them to, and your feedback will help us with this.
Based on you telling us that you have not received feedback following your interview, we are currently revisiting all feedback provided to all candidates at every stage of the recruitment process, and will be reaching out to all candidates to ensure that the feedback we sent was received as well as answering any questions candidates may still have.
