A business pitch question - how will you pitch to investors if you need to open a new store
Recruiter screen, hiring manager screen and onsite case interview that was consulting style and involved a market entry and bottleneck analysis. Recruiter will brief you before each interview on what to expect

First round was with the hiring manager, focusing on past experiences. Second round was a consultant-style case interview.
The first part is a product design question. You will be fine as long as you practise!
The second part is an analytical question with calculation. Do note that you will need to do this calculation logically and preferably quickly.

1. How would you go about opening a cafe in Singapore CBD?
2. There are too many customers and people are backed up at the cashier. Does it makes sense to hire another cashier?
- Ask about the cost of operation, revenue, and efficiency e.g., how many orders processed per hour, how many drinks made, and find the marginal cost/benefit of hiring another cashier / barista
