Applied online. Was contacted by e-mail to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview went very well. Asked to come in for an in-person interview the following week. The interview was very relaxed, great atmosphere. Had to complete a quick little prioritizing test. Basically was told I had the job right on the spot

1. 15 minute phone interview which asked general questions regarding CV and the job listing 2. 1:1 interview with ops manager as well as a walk through the office
