J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Airgas (Duluth, GA) en mai 2014
Entretien
Applied online, asked to complete an assessment test and then in-person interview with two managers. Both were unprepared and vague. Questions were typical and interview took less than an hour. Had several applicants scheduled at the same time and date.

Initial process included a brief phone interview (an outsourced HireVelocity employee), then sending me a assessment that included personality, math, and vocabulary sort of questions. The assessment took about 45 minutes to an hour.
After the assessment, I was notified by someone at Airgas to schedule an on-site interview at the City of Industry location in California. My interview was about 2 hours long with the VP of Sales and a Senior Account Manager. The VP of Sales was mostly taking notes during my responses and didn't seem very engaging as my first interview with the Senior Acct. Manager.
After a week, someone from HireVelocity emailed me thanking for my time and letting me know that I would not be moving on with the process.

This company needs to learn how to interview candidates more efficiently. I spent almost 2 hours in the conference room. They could have saved a lot of time by making this a panel interview. I had to wait about 10 minutes for the first lady to come in to speak with. She was very nice and we talked for about 30 minutes. After that she wanted to bring the sales manager in to speak with me, however I had to wait about another 15 more minutes before she came in. Once she came in, we spoke for about another 30 minutes and she asked the same questions the first lady asked. Then she tells me she wants to bring her boss in. Well I had to wait another 10 more minutes and then she comes back in and tells me that she'll be coming in about any moment. I was getting really irritated at this point with all the waiting I had to do. I asked her if this was the last person I would be speaking with and she told me yes. After waiting for ANOTHER 15 more minutes, a different lady comes in and tells me that I need to come back in another day to do another interview. However, the following week, I get a phone call from Jason, the recruiter telling me they had found another candidate that was better qualified. Unbelievable!
