Online tests followed by invitation to an assessment centre in Stevenage. Assessment centre involved a introduction, followed by a group exercise, then a business scenario, then a chance to talk to recent graduates, then interviews (including the pre-prepared presentation) followed finally by presenting the business scenario case prepared earlier in the day.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What are the constraints you have to consider when working on a spacecraft mission?
How would you keep a spacecraft warm/cold?

I applied online in Nov 2020 for the graduate scheme in Stevenage, it didn't take long for HR to invite me a virtual assessment centre in Jan 2021.
The AC was conducted on Google Meet and it started at 1:30pm with a quick introduction. There were some connections issues with the assessors but it take too long for the Ice Breaker (had to bring an item which best represents you) and group exercise to start.
In the group exercise (6 of us), the task was to think of a new innovative design for the object chosen for the ice breaker. The time given was 20 mins, with a presentation/pitch given at the end to the assessors.
Afterwards, there was a technical interview with two assessors, this lasted about an hour.
The assessors were very kind and helpful, they would explain any questions you don't understand and elaborate the answers to the questions. The questions themselves are ok but would be difficult if you don't some time looking up and researching the relevant topics.
Overall, it was a great experience and will help me in future interviews.
