Online Interview with a pre HR discussion, followed by a face to face interview with the Manager in Bristol and a second interview with HR. Travel costs were covered partly.

Process took less than 2 weeks. I applied as online and in 1 months I have got an online interview invitation. Interview took 1.5 hrs and it includes every stage of interview processes. I presented my resume and experience. They explained the role and requirement and the company. After that a technical part carried out, they asked 5 technical question by showing some pictures or sketches to understand the my way of thinking. Questions were not easy but not so specific also (For example a nonconformance of hole and differences of forgings and sheet metals). After this part, I answered some HR questions by using star method. 10 days later I've got an email that says my evoluation was positive and I got offer.
