The process was very good. The recruiter reached out and scheduled the call. The conversation was a mix of technical and personality evaluation. The hiring manager was very positive. I wasn't selected for the position however the recruiter provided comprehensive feedback. Indicated that I was the second best and that it was just a marginal miss. Professionally indicated that I would receive a rejection mail and also asked if I would be interested Incase the other candidate didn't accept the offer.

Handed in application (only CV), got invited a week after. One content-focused interview with Human Resource manager and hiring manager. Outcomes and follow-ups very clear communicated and within a week after.
