The interview process is a multi-stage, structured procedure used by employers to assess if a candidate has the skills, experience, and cultural fit for a role. It typically includes an initial recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, technical/behavioral assessments, and final interviews, culminating in a job offer.
It was like all the same interviews, they want to know information for you to be sure they are contracting a good profile for their business philosophy. Also, in my case, I enter directly from UPM so it was a little different from the usual way.

Very streamlined and highly systematic. Designed to filter candidates as efficiently as possible. Probably due to a large number of prospective candidates per job posting. The questions ranged from general competency, then behavioural, and then to more technical and role-specific questions.
