It was over a video call ...with a range of open questions with challenges presented ...and how I may have dealt with things in the past. I was encouraged to share those and how I overcame them . The interview was fair and not just read from a list

Over the years I had 3 interviews with Airbus all of them were very wired and a total waste of time and disappointment. 1- I paid from my pocket to go for one of the assessment workshops that they did in California. One is invited to this assessment after passing few interviews. So I went there and I passed the assessment and I got someone calling me after the assessment for a position. But then! They all disappeared and no news for few months despite my calls and emails. Moreover, they were supposed to reimburse me for the trip expenses which took many calls and emails and 5 months to get the expenses paid. 2- Another interview with Airbus Canada, I got the offer and I was trying to make the conditions better especially the first vacation which was only 1 week!! So the HR lied to the manager and said that I totally rejected the offer. The hiring manager was so weak even to ask or to follow up.. and I got a notification from the system that I withdrawn my application!!! The people working in the HR for this company are a total stuck up and they don't know how to deal with people. A total disaster..
