Quite lengthy compared to other companies, spanning several rounds with multiple people and often scheduled 1-2 weeks apart. Interviewers were all very nice and genuinely made it seem like a great place to work.

8 rounds of interview, interviewers are friendly, interviews are conducted by hiring managers and from other departments. However, the decision wasn't made by the Hiring manager but the majority votes. Unfortunately I was told by HR that the Hiring Manager wanted me but I didn't get majority of the votes.

How do you handle a situation when you have conflict or differing views with a co-worker.
4-5 Interviews minimum. Easy to hard level as the process goes by. Kind interviewers who make sense that they are interviewers in the role and everyone knows their area pretty well and focuses on a certain area to ask you questions.

J'ai postulé à plusieurs offres, en mettant la personne qui m'avait recommandé. J'ai reçu un retour automatique très rapidement, mais sans comprendre pourquoi je n'avais pas pu rentrer dans le process.
Par ailleurs, Airbnb demande des niveaux d'xp très hautes pour des jobs relativement junior (ie. 8 ans d'xp).
