Overall, the process took 2+ months. I had two recruiter screens, where I was asked behavioral questions. These rounds were more in depth than a typical recruiter call. Next, I met with the hiring manager. He also asked me behavioral questions + one hypothetical. I was then given an assignment to complete. In parallel, I began my onsite interviews - one with Engineering, one with Design, then one with HR. I then presented my assignment to a panel of three Product Directors, followed by on-site interviews with two of them. All questions were behavioral.
