Entretien
Process was extremely long, about a month and a half and two take home projects (two days worth of work). I had 1 screen interview with recruiter, 3 separate 1:1 interviews with hiring manager, 3 separate interviews with other members, 1 panel interview, 1 panel presentation, and 2 1:1 interviews with members outside of the team for culture interviews. Most of the questions they asked on 1:1 were read out of a script because I got asked the same question multiple times. After this entire process, it seemed like the manager wanted a copy of her for the position and no one would ever be the right fit (they had been hiring for the position for over 3 months by the time I interviewed). Hiring manager mentioned 6+ times that the job needed to be executed perfectly and there was no room for error. I don't want to be in a culture where I'm afraid of making a mistake and don't have room for any learning. Hiring manager mentioned the better you are the more work you get and that she basically had no work life balance - red flags all over.

Entretien
It was very quick and efficient. The recruiter contacted and set up a first round phone interview the following week. I heard back from them 3-4 days later to set up a second round with with hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager was not easy, very specific to my resume, and very product focused -- not finance focused.
