Required screen focused on my background and skills, next three interviews were with team and manager. Pretty standard questions. There was a strong focus on culture and D&I, and every interview had at least one question focused on it. I asked about salary expectations and recruiter disclosed a salary that was much less than I was currently making. Decided not to move forward after that.
