Entretien
Initial ad, followed by HireArt videos. If they like your videos enough, they will schedule a phone interview, then an in-person. The recruiter is very hands-off, and doesn't touch your application until after the HireArt team reviews your video answers. The phone interview didn't really seem to get a grasp of what I could bring to the organization, and the questions were somewhat all over the place.

The most difficult thing for me was that they kept talking about how important culture was, but didn't even ask any questions about me, personally.

Entretien
Went into the pdx office for an in person interview. Was given a tour and was asked to meet with a culture ambassador. Which I thought was weird. The interviewer asked me a lot of different questions and I answered the best I could at the end. He said that he felt like he didn’t really know me personally and in my mind, I thought to myself well maybe you should’ve asked me questions that would help you answer that thought of how can I get to know this guy better personally.

I was asked multiple question regarding my approach to recruiting and achievements. But then the interviewer told me they felt they didn’t know me. It was very weird.
All interview rounds were smooth and well-informed. Everyone was clear on what they were looking for, and I had fun speaking with them. Got to know more about the company, 2 rounds of core values

Entretien
Recruiter screen, followed by 2 rounds of interviews with senior folks in recruiting. Fully remote role hence online interviews. Interviews were scheduled fairly soon but the feedback took forever to come through. Recruiting coordinator was very weird and rude throughout the process. Was an entitled coordinator by the looks of it. Had no idea about the interview rounds or process.
