Had two coding challenges over the phone, on two different days. After the first did well enough to move onto the second. Felt I smoked the second one with a very efficient solution that was correctly working. Was then told I didn't have enough experience for the position. That's perfectly fine and I'm not upset about that. However, I'm giving this a negative rating because they didn't need to waste my time on the coding questions in that case- they already had my resume.
Interview process is transparent but lengthy. Briefing is shared before interviews along with relevant docs. Technical bar is high. Interviewers were knowledgeable and comes with depth of understanding. Overall experience was good.

The job postings are mostly for H1B or GreenCard. Don't waste your time with them. They keep rejecting even if you have over 80% match from the job posting. Applied to 3+ roles over 6 month period and have relevant experience and MsCs from top US university.

Multiple rounds of behavioral interviews plus an architecture interview.
Overall pretty similar to most companies eng manager hiring process. Biggest difference is the presentation interview.
Presentation interview was a fun change from the normal grilling with behavioral questions.
