Interview process seemed very structured with all the stages, panel and expectations set up in the very beginning itself. Post the 1st round there was a take home detailed assignment on new feature development. What was a bit unprofessional was a lack of simple feedback even after completing a detailed assignment. Even though the recruiter promised a feedback on the assignment, all what was provided was a default template response. The least you expect after completing a 10 days long case study is to know what could have been better, which was totally missing. Otherwise, the overall experience was fine.
