The whole process takes about a day and a half I believe, but it's well conducted and stress free. Definitely a great company.

Started by gathering at Grand Millennium hotel at Bukit Bintang, alot of candidates almost 500, started with measuring height and next was ramp walk to show confidence and check for tattoos and scars, got rejected from there on

All good and fast. Very happy with the process. Quiet straightforward. Airasia's interview process is well-structured, focusing on customer service skills, confidence, and adaptability. Friendly recruiters create a positive environment, with group activities and individual assessments testing teamwork and communication. Preparation is key!

Mostly about yourself, just be yourself. Always smile. There’s no right or wrong answer. Try to avoid cliche answers (travel the world, salary) be different! But still be yourself!

I have attend the interview for airasia and they expect us to introduce our self without question by looking us. But the intervkew session was nice to mingle with new people surround us.
