Three phone interviews and an in-person interview with various people. The interviewers asked a lot of questions about disciplinary action for employees who make mistakes and how to handle it. Also, I was not told to wear specific attire for a tour and it was somewhat of an issue. When I got rejected, their HR team sent a generic email as if I just sent in a resume, not went through a long interview process. I saw it on many forums prior to interviewing, "if you're a woman, don't bother." I didn't want to believe this, but with the way things went and seeing an all male staff when I was there, I do believe this is true.
