The interview was a usual customer service interview. It is a panel interview with 3 people, mostly behavioral questions. STAR answers are preferred.The atmosphere was more formal than other cs roles I applied to.

The progress was lengthy. I had 2 interviews excluding the phone one. It took a while before I got a call back to get a response. The benefits seem nice though.

I passed 5 interviews (4 for each language}
The general one was long and they asked me some treaky questions.
At the end, they explained to me all about the position and they gave me the opportunity to asked them questions.
