first you will have to do a language test, they will test you language ability, then you will go through a basic face to face interview at their office, pretty much it was simple HR questions, not too hard, and also you will call in for a final interview with your department managers and they will give you real life situations

Applied in Nov 2018. Didn’t hear back until end of February. I honestly had forgotten I applied. In February they contacted via phone call to schedule an over the phone interview. Scheduled for the next day. Recruiter called me the following day asked yes/no based questions. And a couple of situational questions. She offered me a f2f for beginning of March 2019. Then the day before, they cancelled it said it was an emergency. Thought they had changed their mind. But then they sent me an email with a new interview date 1 week later. Interviewer was super nice. Standard interview. Yes or no questions and then about 5-6 situational questions.

Very basic, pretty straight forward. The manager and his secretary asking you questions and writing them in a piece of paper. Average questions, nothing tricky. They give a not very accurate description of the position. Interview itself only took about 15-20 minutes. Wish they were a little more honest about everything.
