Had one interview with what would be my 2 direct managers. I was asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions over a 30 - 45 mins span. Technical questions focused on analyzing and managing a theoretical loyalty program.

I was asked how a loyalty program might be able to predict my purchasing behavior and offer me discounts/promotions. I was also asked to imagine how the data recorded during transactions may be structured in a database.
