Very conversational, laid back. It was less of an interview with the formal questions and more just talking about the job, benefits and my background. We sat in the hotel den and just had a comfortable conversation. I was told of the expectations and what they are hoping to accomplish and I answered about what I could bring to them. I was hired afterwards and then brought on an inside tour of the employee areas.

The interview process is not strenuous, it almost felt like a regular conversation. Also, the interviewer is kind and not intimidating. All in all then interview was an authentic representation of how hospitable the company and their employees are.

The interview was very laid back, but you could tell there was a certain demeanor they were looking for. If you don't have experience, just show a positive demeanor and a willingness to learn. The front desk is a great start for a hospitality career.
