J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aimbridge Hospitality (Plano, TX) en mai 2017

      Entretien

The interview was very unorganized. I felt like the interviewers were trying to sell me the job and this seemed a little alarming. The interview itself was easy and very casual.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aimbridge Hospitality (Plano, TX) en juin 2016

      Entretien

I was working with a recruiter who scheduled the first interview via phone. I spoke with three management level people together for about 30 minutes. Soon after, the recruiter called and said they liked me a lot and wanted to make me an offer, and I received an email from one of the managers saying I was a great fit and that they would be making an offer soon. The next day, I was told they'd like to meet me in person and also have me meet with another manager who was out of the office until the following week. They wanted to figure out which team I would be on, but to worry, that they really liked me and would be making an offer - they even reassured me so and encouraged me to turn down other offers because "the deal was sealed". The next week, I went in for the interview (I was polished with an expensive suit on, well-groomed with a portfolio of resumes in hand just in case) and everything seemed to go very well. Before I left the once again reassured me that they would be contacting my recruiter with the offer by the next day. I was told I passed my background check and my references were all solid. The next day, they called my recruiter and told her they had decided not to extend an offer after all - that they just didn't "click" with me and they were afraid maybe I didn't fit their culture. Oh, and they didn't want to interview anyone else either. Extremely unprofessional and down right mean. I must say, after reading the comments here, I do feel better as it sounds like a company I would want to work for and certainly wouldn't "click" with.
