It was a one on one with the GM of the Company. It was a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The interviewer put me at ease. His Questions were very Work Oriented and he was a very good listener. He then took me on a tour of the Warehouse and showed me what were some of the job requirements.

About my experience as a Supervisor. Where he asked me the Basic Questions. Years of experience my background. If i was willing to work any department in the company and the hours that went with it. How good was I working and understanding the needs of the associates. Was i willig to do community service with the company as my sponsor.
