Recruiter setup a time to chat and completely ghosted me. Never responded to any of my follow ups. I think their recruiters get paid to message people on LinkedIn and literally do nothing else

First there was interview with a recruiter, then a technical interview and finally an interview with the team. The process was quick end-to-end and the communication from the recruiter was very clear.

Where you see in the future, experience with different tech stacks
I applied online and received a message from a recruiter one week later to set up a call. The recruiter missed the scheduled time twice with no explanation or any kind of message. Complete waste of time.
