The interview is often held by the HR interns. Everything is great and easy-flowing. Just be natural and be authentic as questions are mostly situational. Always review your resume as they ask questions about it and connect it to your experiences.

Entretien
The interview process at Ahead was fast and fairly scripted. The questions followed a structured format, with a focus on standard topics like my interest in the internship, my skills, and how I manage challenges. While the interview was efficient and covered the necessary points, it lacked spontaneity or deeper engagement, making it feel more formal and pre-planned. Nonetheless, it provided a clear sense of what they were looking for in an intern.
