Efficient but the interviewer seems to have fixed expectations in mind which render any answer to open question pretty much useless. Reckoned it is wiser to genuinely listen to candidate responses. However it also tells what culture is breeding inside the company, so it's not all bad.

Bad experience. When you go through 5 rounds of interviews, are asked to study a foreign context (Thailand), process that takes months then get a generic rejection email by someone you have never met before. And when you ask for more details, you get nothing. I think that's a sign of disrespect and consideration for the candidate's time and effort. It shows lack of professionalism.
