      Extremely harrowing process that starts with an aptitude test that will take 3 hrs to prep and 1 hr to attempt, 5 behavioural + case rounds with their 18-member strategy team (1 hr each with various designations - senior strategy manager, director, associate director x 2, HR round at the start). All in all, there was extreme miscommunication as to when rounds will be scheduled (This was done over a 3 month interview process) or who will be attending them - for example, my last round was randomly scheduled when I was informed before that the case round was the earlier last round. Finally, HR is evasive and doesn't reply to emails for such a mid-senior designation. There is also a take home case study that will easily take up 10-15 hours of your time and the discussion subsequent is a presentation. All in all - this process took up 30+ hours of my time with 7+ levels of screening. - Aptitude Test - HR screening - Senior Strategy Manager - Case Round w. 2 Senior Strategy Managers - Assoc Director - Assoc Director + Director round (The HR had mentioned this would be a behavioural and fit round and randomly I was asked to answer case studies with a very stress interview). Agoda is easily the worst interview process that I have been a part of.

      Too many case questions that could be interpreted in different ways. One of the associate directors was confrontational and it is tough to answer case questions in such a setting. How could you improve conversion based on price based nudging.

      incredible inconsiderate and wasteful process. Recruiter told me that i was being accelerated into the the hiring manager round, Got forwarded a bunch of tests and admin to do with no upfront warning on deadlines. I had to cancel my plans on the weekend just to push through it, only for the recruiter to ghost me for close to a week before informing me that they are passing over my profile - This was because my requests for a deadline delayed were IGNORED by the recruiter. Have some human decency to be upfront and efficient with your communication if you are imposing unrealistic, uncommunicated deadlines to your applicants.
