I applied through their website, and a few days later, I was invited to complete a personality test and an SHL general ability test. Shortly after, I received an automated rejection email without any feedback on the tests. Throughout the process, I had no direct interaction with a real person. Such a dehumanized process says a lot about their company culture.

Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to schedule an interview. After filling out the application form she requested, I received an automated rejection email. I asked what is going on and they told me the interview is cancelled, without any reasoning. Why reach out then?
Screening call with TA recruiter.
1 hour with a product leader - 30 mins competency based questions. 30 mins on the spot case study questions - a situation is presented and then questions asked about how you would look to solve a specified product problem - what hypotheses do you have, how you can test it and using what data.
