Entretien
Generally a very smooth process. The lady from talent acquisition was lovely and was very patient. Most of the interviewers were nice people but there was one in particular - a Thai lady - who was absolutely horrid to speak to. She was arrogant and utterly condescending throughout. She was one of the interviewers but she wasn't the hiring manager. However, she clearly did not read the Job Description and seemed to have an agenda to obliterate candidates. It was a marketing role and she asked me if I could code. Then proceeded with a condescending monologue on how it baffled her that I wasn't able to code. That left a really sour taste and I wouldn't have accepted the role even if I had gotten the position. I wouldn't want to work with someone like her.

Question 1
The usual strengths and weaknesses, experiences, case studies, why you want to work there, etc. Also some irrelevant, technical questions that wasn't related to the role.
Assessment test on analysis and a short sql test as the first qualification, and then meeting with HR, the team, case study and high level teams. The assessment was a multiple questions type and it was too short to finish 20 question in 45 minutes. They did mentioned that they prefer someone with high level skill in data analysis than traditional marketing skill for a marketing role

Start with the Alooba Test (Logical numerical test, report graph, critical thinking, basic marketing knowledge, number, and data-driven concept.

SQL : Query from the info table (Basic SQL, not that hard part)
The HR found me a year ago and invited me for an interview. Before the interview they shared a link for an initial exam like IQ test. After i passed, the screening call was organized. It last 15 mins and the hr guy asked me if I used Spss or not. I said no. After few minutes, the interview ended. I got rejection after a while. I wasted my time with this company. It was obvious from my resume that i have never used spss. It was easier in prefiltering the candidates and check their resumes before inviting them . Probably HR guy had a target to complete and wasted my time.
