Was interviewed by two ladies over the phone. Talked about the role and then got into my background. Seemed like it went well however, never heard back from them.
I am in HR and if you interview someone you should have some common courtesy to reject them at least by email.
Their first "interview" was an online assessment where you're given numerical reasoning, psychometric test questions. For mid-level candidates, it's a very impersonal experience and definitely discouraging experience for any future roles.

They sent me an email with some sort of IQ / cognitive test to complete which took about 45mins to complete. They replied after a few days with an update which is more than what most companies do!

lost my time by passing 2 steps of the process and did not get the job, because i am russian passport holder.
The hiring manager also was not aware of the salary range after 2 hrs interview...
