The most ridiculous and outdated rigid interview process I hope to never experience again. They gave me an assessment after having 6 interviews including a video interview just to get in the door. The assessment wasn’t hard, but the test itself was tricky and annoying to interact with. None of the questions are really applicable to the actual job thus what’s the point? I didn’t get an offer of course, but I was turned off by the end I probably would have declined.

I was surprised with the haphazard and unprofessional attitude of the HR. The HR cancelled the preliminary interview on TWO separate occasions only 30 min before the interview.
I never got a chance to talk about the role to anyone. After the second cancellation was sent a link to an assessment test without any heads-up, to be completed in 3 working days, after which was sent a rejection email. Speaks highly of the unorganised attitude. Dodged a bullet for sure!

Entretien
I was asked to come for two interviews and I travelled two round trips of 1600km in total. But the interview experience was very bad. After first interview where I told them abt my salary expectation etc, they asked me to take an online aptitude test which took 3 hrs. In the second interview they told me I did very well in that aptitude test but can only offer me a salary that is 40% lower than my current salary. Which i found preposterous. If they cant afgord to pay me my salary they shouldnt call me for tge 2nd interview. I swore will never usetheir service again.
