Applied online. I quickly was responded to and had an interview setup with the hiring manager that was very positive and seemed successful. She was shocked the recruiter had not met with me. I then was given two assessments to take. One was a personality assessment. The other a practical assessment that was impossible to complete without cheating and was not at all reflective of what the job would be. I never interviewed with anyone from HR. After taking the assessments I heard nothing for 2 weeks not even after reaching out to the recruiter save an automated email.
It's unfortunate that you had a negative interviewing experience with Agoda. We appreciate your candid feedback and will utilize that to optimize our overall hiring processes.

The initial stages were fine (recruiter, first manager) - unfortunately the hiring manager had an ego problem and preferred to poke holes in your experience/examples than highlight fit for the role. Sorry, but not even Google or Amazon does this. Massive red flag.

4 rounds Total 4 round - HR screen ( waiting for 2 days to get feedback-pass ) - Hiring manager ( waiting for 5 days to get feedback-pass ) - senior coworker ( waiting for 5 days to get feedback-pass ) - director ( waiting for 1 week to get feedback-pass ) And then official Offer ! :)
