It was pretty straightforward. I was contracted via email. We have 2 interviews, the first one was a Skype call, the second one I went in to the office. The Skype was more of a get to know the candidate and general ideas of the candidate. The face to face interview was more challenging. In terms of there are multiple interviewers and the questions and the approach was different. But in general the same goal was to get to know the candidate and to assess and evaluate the potential compatibility with the firm and the job.
