First of all, it begins with a call from a senior designer with questions for example, How does your work process be like?, Could you explain thinkings behind your works?, etc. After around two weeks, I got an face-to-face interview invitation then it began within a few days. On the interview day, I had interviews with four designers, one on one, including one designer manager and senior designers. Mostly, they would like to know about design process, how I work with other people in projects. Two days after, I got the offer.
