      Entretien

      There are a lot of applicants in Agoda office in KL 1 Sanctrum. We have to go through several sessions of tests and interview and finally a real life call test over the phone. 1st) We will be given questionnaires to understand our English and Chinese level of understanding: 1st test is just covering some basic Grammar & wordings (multi-choices questions & medium level), and passing rate must be 80% and above. If lower, then we will be sent out and rejected immediately. If passed, 2) this is the real test to check if you are a suitable candidate: typing a formal letter, forming a conversation between Caller and Receiver, and a typing test. You will be given 1 hour in between to complete it. After you've completed this part, you will be asked to wait outside as they evaluate and pick who are the most suitable ones. Those that are not will be sent out from the office and rejects immediately. If you got picked, congrats, but it isn't the end yet. 3) You will be lead to a room with a phone on the table. The interviewer will enter and interview you. Questions are asked in details such as your work experience and they will ask based on your work experience, your strength and weakness, why do you want to work with Agoda etc etc... 4) After that, immediately you will be asked to get ready yourself for a real-call. The interviewer will leave the room and call you from another room, you have to pick up and respond IMMEDIATELY. Interviewer will ask tough questions to check on how you will handle it. At the same time, interviewer will ask languages that you applied to go to. (at least 2 calls) After everything ended, they will send you out to the office and you will need to wait for answers. Only chosen candidates will be informed, so keep your hopes low to avoid disappointment!
