STAY AWAY! I only went to one interview, did not even express interest in moving to the second round when the hiring manager (a Director in the company) cold emailed my manager at work without my knowledge or consent to ask about me. I hadn't even been asked to provide any references yet - he did all this behind my back after only the first interview. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Would not recommend even applying to this company.
