J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aginity (Evanston, IL) en mai 2018

      Entretien

Phone interview with the Manager of Talent Acquisition saying to be patient as she sets up a call with the CEO for me. Four days later she writes me an email saying that they are choosing another candidate.

      Question 1

We are a fly by the seat of our pants kind of startup where everyone does about five jobs. Does that scare you?

Treat others as you would want to be treated- the Golden Rule of life is what we strive for here at Aginity. This is one of the biggest reasons we provide complete transparency into our interview process for each and every candidate. • We process through numerous resumes everyday at Aginity. It typically takes our team 5 to 7 business days to review resumes before we decide to move people forward in our interview process. In this particular case, the candidate was told her resume would be evaluated by the members of our Marketing team, and if they decided to move her forward, her next conversation would be with our VP of Marketing. We delivered feedback to the candidate in 4 business days, meeting the timeline communicated in the first interview. • Our CEO invests in each member of the team, and as a result invests heavily in the hiring process. He typically is the last person to interview candidates. This candidate was told she would have access to our CEO in the interview process, though at no time was she promised her next conversation would be with him. • We celebrate a culture that requires each person to reach beyond their job description. It is fundamental to our success, and we are going to ask you about your ability to adapt to that energy filled dynamic environment. Although we would not classify our multitasking work environment as “fly by the seat of our pants”, we do seek information regarding the ability to succeed in an ever-changing environment. Those who belong with our organization respond to the question with enthusiasm that reinforces their desire to be a part of building a great organization. (This particular candidate communicated that she had been burned by a start-up in the past, which led to a lengthy term of unemployment, and had serious concerns about working with another one). We will continue to establish reasonable timelines to evaluate candidates’ skills and respond accordingly to that timeline. We will ask tough questions as part of our evaluation process and select the best person for the job to move forward in the interview process. If you’re considering a future with our company, please know that we will treat you exactly as we treated this candidate. Treating others as we ourselves wish to be treated is foundational to our culture here at Aginity. - Annie Hart Manager of Talent Acquisition
