The entire time I was going back and forth with a recruiter, not sure if she even spoke to the HR about my candidacy, but she asked me to do a bunch of personality test/IQ test that I felt like they weren't relevant to the role I was applying for.
After getting my result, she said I did well and HR would like my results then silence.....
