The interview process was accelerated at the beginning and then you didn't hear back from anyone! It was very strange. You needed to continuously f/u and have the next conversation. They had a IQ test which was very odd and not necessarily relevant. It should be an aptitude test in my opinion and they will likely have better success in hiring the right folks. Overall the interview process felt very disorganized.
