The interview process started with a phone screen with a recruiter. Quick questions about my background and my career path. Then I took a series of timed competency quizzes which were pretty fun. A week went by and then I spoke with the CEO about my background and personality to see if I was a good fit for Agiloft.
About a month went by without much contact from the recruiter, but then I received a call from the VP of Customer Services. The call was great, and I was brought in for an onsite. The onsite interview lasted 6 hours, and I meet with the VP of Customer Service, the CEO and other members of the implementation team. I was also required to go through a training module in the platform and build out a sample implementation. I also wrote up a customer document explaining what I had done. It was a fun but challenging test and gave a glimpse into the job I would be performing in this position. I received an offer that afternoon.
The company really values overall competency and the ability to explain complex concepts and processes simplistically.

While i enjoyed the interactive and logical reasoning interviews, I don't think that the 4 hour assessment is worth the time and efforts. I enjoyed my interaction with during the one on one interview, but i was absolutely turned off by the lack of communication and transparency from the recrutiter. To add to the frustration, I had given the 4 hour assessment (which noone compensates you for btw) which remained unevaluated by Agiloft.
so my takeaway is, if they ask you to give the assessment, ask them if you will be compensated for the time that you are going to spend on the assessment, coz it is a doozy.

It was a fairly long and intensive process. HR meeting plus three interviews and 2 tests. Be prepared to answer Behavioral Interview type questions. The first test was an aptitude test. I'd advise you to find some free ones and practice to get your brain used to answering the questions. They are a little more on the challenging side vs quick side. In the 2nd test is up to 4 hours long they give you access to Agiloft and an instruction manual. You have to configure it and write a customer response to the questions. I don't think you can really prepare for it. If you have a good mind for logical thinking, programming, math you'll do well. After all of this I received an offer but they still had to do a background and reference check.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Describe a time you had a conflict. Tell me what interested you in Agiloft.
I dislike the need for a aptitude test. The test itself is very random and seemed like it didn't have anything to do with the position. For a small company, I don't understand the need to have candidates jump through unnecessary hoops.
