I applied online, was reached out to by a recruiter, and then had an "interview" with the hiring manager, but I was essentially offered the job on the spot. It was probably the easiest interview I've ever had but it was mostly because the manager thought my qualifications were perfect for the position. It seemed like more of a personality interview.
