First interview went well with the hiring manager and it was with accordance to the job description. Second interview, was interesting... not according to the job description at all. I felt like I have applied for the Project Manager position and I was interviewed only for this role rather than Paralegal ( not a single question in relation to legal). Third interview was absolutely waste of time completely, as they already knew I wasn't the right candidate.
