Easy and fast. 15 min screening by phone with HR, next week 1st online interview with the manager and team and following week 2nd interview ar the company with manager and team. Total: 3 weeks

What would your biggest challenge be in this position?

I was approached by a recruiter and invited to a F2F interview, but withdrew my application immediately after the interview.
One of the interviewers joined without any greeting or introduction and maintained a visibly negative and dismissive attitude throughout.
Given that the company seems to hire frequently for this role, I asked whether the position was a replacement or an expansion. The immediate response I received was, “Why does it matter?”
When I asked about the average tenure of the team, I was told that people leave for better environments, just like why I left my previous roles. The interviewer also displayed visible frowns whenever I asked questions, which made the interaction uncomfortable. At that point, I realised there was no point in continuing the conversation.
Interviews are a two-way process, but this experience felt unprofessional and not reflective of what I would expect from a “global company”.

Interview was 1.5 hours long. Interviewer asked a lot of questions and set scenarios which required quite some thinking but not overly difficult. However, no follow-up on outcome despite texting and emailing the HR which I felt was quite unprofessional.
